These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and sona999 ("the Company", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the sona999 website, mobile platform, sportsbook, casino, and all associated services (collectively, "the Platform"). By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise accessing any part of the sona999 Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

1. General Terms

sona999 operates as an online casino and sports betting platform serving players in Bangladesh and other permitted jurisdictions. The Platform offers cricket betting, live casino games, slot games, crash titles, and other gaming products provided by licensed third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. sona999 acts as the operator of the Platform and is responsible for account management, payment processing, customer support, and the enforcement of these Terms.

These Terms apply to all products and services available on sona999, including but not limited to: the sportsbook, live casino, slot games, crash games, instant win titles, promotional offers, loyalty programmes, and any future products introduced to the Platform. These Terms are in addition to any game-specific rules or promotion-specific terms that may be published separately on the Platform.

sona999 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time, with or without prior notice, for reasons including but not limited to: maintenance, legal compliance, regulatory requirements, or technical issues. The Company shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of services.

All times referenced on the Platform and in these Terms use Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) unless explicitly stated otherwise. All monetary amounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) using the ৳ symbol unless otherwise specified.

2. Account Registration

2.1 Eligibility Requirements

To register an account with sona999, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age. sona999 operates a strict 18+ policy with no exceptions.
• You are legally permitted to participate in online gambling under the laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction of residence.
• You are registering on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You have not previously been self-excluded or permanently banned from the Platform.
• You are not an employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of an employee or director of sona999 or any of its affiliated game providers.
• You have a valid email address and mobile phone number that you own and control.

Providing false information during registration — including a false date of birth — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any balance or pending withdrawals.

2.2 One Account Per Player

Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one active account on sona999. Creating multiple accounts, whether under the same or different personal details, is strictly prohibited and constitutes bonus abuse and fraud. Where duplicate accounts are detected, sona999 will close all additional accounts, void any bonuses claimed across those accounts, and may withhold pending withdrawals pending investigation.

2.3 Account Verification (KYC)

sona999 is required to verify the identity of its players as a condition of responsible operation. You may be asked to provide identity verification documents at any point, including at registration, prior to your first withdrawal, or when a review is triggered by account activity. Acceptable documents include a valid National ID Card (NID), passport, or driving licence. Proof of address and proof of payment method may also be requested. Failure to complete verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in restriction or closure of your account. sona999 will process all submitted documents in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

3. Deposits & Withdrawals

3.1 Deposit Methods and Minimums

sona999 accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Bangladeshi players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no standard maximum deposit limit, though the Company reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence to large deposits. All deposits must be made from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will be refunded where detected.

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your sona999 account balance in under 30 seconds. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 24 hours to appear depending on the processing bank. sona999 does not charge fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

3.2 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed by the sona999 finance team within 24 to 72 hours of submission, subject to completion of identity verification. Withdrawals are paid to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically feasible, to prevent money laundering. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Players must have met any applicable bonus wagering requirements before a withdrawal of bonus-derived funds can be approved.

sona999 reserves the right to request additional documentation before approving any withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or withdrawals above ৳50,000. Requests for supporting documents must be satisfied within seven (7) days, after which the withdrawal request may be cancelled and the funds returned to the account balance pending re-application.

3.3 Currency and Conversion

All transactions on sona999 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The Platform does not currently support multi-currency accounts. Any currency conversion fees applied by a player's bank or payment provider are the sole responsibility of that player and will not be reimbursed by sona999.

4. Bonuses & Promotions

sona999 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses of up to ৳20,000, reload bonuses, free spins, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, IPL, Eid ul-Fitr, Eid ul-Adha, and Pohela Boishakh. All promotional offers are subject to the following general bonus conditions, in addition to any promotion-specific terms published on the Platform at the time of the offer:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement, meaning you must wager the bonus amount (or the bonus plus deposit amount, as specified per offer) a stated number of times before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be clearly stated on each promotion's terms page.
• Validity Period: Bonuses must be used within the validity period specified on the promotion. Expired bonuses and any associated winnings will be forfeited automatically without notice.
• Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while live casino games, table games, and sports bets may contribute a lower percentage as specified in the promotion terms.
• One Bonus Per Player: Players may not hold more than one active bonus simultaneously unless explicitly permitted by the promotion terms. Attempting to claim multiple bonuses in violation of this rule may result in all bonuses being voided.
• Bonus Abuse: Any attempt to exploit promotional offers through systematic play strategies designed to guarantee withdrawal of bonus funds without genuine gaming risk will be treated as bonus abuse and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of all related funds.

5. User Obligations

By using the sona999 Platform, you agree to the following obligations at all times:

• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information during registration and throughout your account lifetime.
• Notify sona999 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account or any compromise of your login credentials.
• Not use the Platform if you are under the influence of substances that impair your judgement or decision-making ability.
• Ensure that your use of the Platform does not violate any applicable law or regulation in your jurisdiction.
• Not use the Platform for any commercial purpose or on behalf of any third party without express written consent from sona999.
• Gamble responsibly and within your financial means. sona999 strongly encourages all players to set personal deposit limits and to use the responsible gaming tools available in the account settings panel.
• Keep your account details, including username and password, strictly confidential and not share them with any third party.
• Accept that sona999's decisions regarding dispute resolution, bonus eligibility, and account status are final and binding, subject to the formal complaints procedure outlined in these Terms.

6. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the sona999 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of all funds, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required:

• Multiple Accounts: Registering or operating more than one account on the Platform, whether under your own name or any alias.
• Fraudulent Deposits: Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment instruments to fund your account.
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform as a mechanism for depositing, layering, or extracting illicit funds. sona999 is required to report suspicious financial activity in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) obligations.
• Collusion: Coordinating play with other players to gain an unfair advantage, particularly in live poker, live casino, or sports betting markets.
• Use of Automated Tools: Using bots, scripts, macros, or any other automated software to interact with the Platform in a way that is not available to standard users.
• Exploiting Software Errors: Taking advantage of software bugs, glitches, or errors in games or payment processing. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal with your bank or payment provider for deposits that were legitimately received and applied to your account. Doing so constitutes fraud and will result in immediate account suspension.
• Underage Gambling: Accessing the Platform if you are under 18 years of age, or facilitating access by a minor.

7. Account Closure & Termination

7.1 Voluntary Closure by the Player

You may request to close your sona999 account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or email at support@sona999. Before closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in the normal course. Outstanding bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon closure. Account closure does not cancel any obligations you have incurred under these Terms prior to closure.

7.2 Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to take a break from gambling may activate a self-exclusion period from the account settings panel. Self-exclusion periods are available for 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, or permanent closure. During a self-exclusion period, your account will be suspended and you will be unable to log in, deposit, or place bets. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed during the chosen period. Permanent self-exclusion is treated as account closure. sona999 will take commercially reasonable steps to prevent self-excluded players from creating new accounts, though ultimate responsibility for not circumventing self-exclusion rests with the player.

7.3 Termination by sona999

sona999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspicious activity, fraud, money laundering, abusive behaviour towards staff, or regulatory requirements. Where an account is closed due to a breach by the player, any balance may be withheld pending investigation. Where an account is closed without cause by sona999, any verified balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, sona999 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or computer damage. sona999's total aggregate liability to you for any direct loss arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

sona999 does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. sona999 makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any content on the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable Bangladeshi law.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of sona999 that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints procedure shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of competent jurisdiction. sona999 will always attempt to resolve disputes amicably through direct communication before any formal proceeding is initiated.
